Arrive at Chiang Mai Airport, welcome by our guide, and transfer to your hotel to do the check-in and free at leisure (Standard check-in time is at 2 PM).

Immerse yourself in royal elegance by visiting the Thai king’s winter palace in Chiang Mai, where the royal family retreats during their seasonal northern sojourns. Or immerse yourself in the vibrant cultural heritage of the Hmong tribe by visiting a charming and scenic Hmong village nestled in a breathtaking hillside location, where you can witness the Hmong tribesmen adorned in their traditional, multi-hued attire.

Around 19.00, pick up from the hotel lobby and depart for the Northern Dinner & Cultural Show. Enjoy a Dinner in the traditional northern Thailand form of dining. The food is served on a wooden pedestal tray, called Khantoke. While guests enjoy the meal there are usually performances of traditional northern Thai dances and music. 

Traditional Northern Thai dinner provides; Kao Neaw: Sticky rice, Gaeng Hung-Lay: Burmese pork curry, Gai Tawd: fried chicken, Paad Pugg: fried vegetables, Naam Prik Ong: pork cooked in mildly hot tomato-chili paste, served with fresh cucumber slices, Mee Krob: Crispy noodles, Kaeb Moo: pork rind with paste for dipping and with a starter Klow Thod: fried banana. Experience using fingers to break off pieces of sticky rice and dip them into the various bowls instead of using cutlery. Desserts are Kao Talent: popped rice crackers, coffee or tea, and fresh fruits.

Relax while being entertained by performances of Traditional Northern Thai Lanna dances and music such as the Fingernail dance, Sword dance, Candle dance, Ramwong dance, and Firework displays. Additionally, there are also hill tribe shows and music. Then transfer back to the hotel.

Today, you visit the famous Thai Lanna handicraft center in Sankampang District, Chiang Mai where a variety of souvenirs and handicrafts are being made. Chiang Mai is the main center for high-quality handicrafts. In the area of Sankhampaeng, handicrafts are produced and visitors are always welcome to watch the production, and of course to purchase some of the goods. You can watch the full steps of the production of the famous Thai Silk as well as of the colorful paper umbrellas. Skilled hands form the well-known Celadon ceramics; other craftsmen transform teakwood with the help of simple tools into elegant furniture with delicate carvings. Also fascinating to watch is the production of lacquerware, even eggshells are used to achieve unusual designs. Silverware is on offer in such a great variety that even the most modest visitor will be tempted to buy some. 

Have lunch at a local restaurant before transferring back to your hotel.

In the afternoon, at 17h00 Pick up from the hotel lobby and depart for only one-night safari in Thailand, Chiang Mai Night Safari; is committed to being a world-class destination and is constantly upgrading to international tourism standards. The exhibition zone is divided into three main areas:

Walking Zone (18:30 - 19:30 Hrs.) - The 1.2 km walking trail passes around the beautiful Swan Lake and is home to more than 400 small animals of over 50 species. This opportunity can be enjoyed by all ages for relaxation, entertainment, and education.

South Zone (19:45 - 20:15 Hrs.) - Travel by tram through the 2.43 km loop of distinct environment. Animals in this zone include Serows, Gorals, Gaurs, White Rhinoceroses, Spotted Hyenas, Cheetahs, Wildebeests, Giraffes, Wild Yaks and Barasinghas.

North Zone (20:30 - 21:00 Hrs.) - Travel by tram through the 2.13 km loop of hair-raising experience. Animals in this zone include Lions, Tigers, Manned Wolf, Asiatic Black Bears, Jackals, Pumas, Hyenas, Crocodiles, Cinereous Vulture, Malayan Sun Bears and Canadian Wolf,

Then transfer back to the hotel.

Morning: Visit the Wood-Carving Center at Bann Tawai. It is the major handicraft attraction in Chiang Mai for Thai and foreign tourists. The atmosphere in Baan Tawai is very laid-back and relaxed. The best quality and bargains of wood carving items, such as wood carving, wood strips, gold leaf wood, antique wood, silverware, lacquerware, basketry, and earthenware, can be found here.

Enjoy your time shopping by bargaining things that you would like to buy or just for window shopping. You can watch the tradesmen and women busy arranging, packing, and shipping anything from small antiques to hand-carved wardrobes, even custom-made items.

Then continue to the Wat Chai Mongkol boat pier, you’ll enjoy the river view from both sides of the Ping River on a relaxing cruise upstream to Chiang Mai town. Next is a quick stop at the Thai Farmer House where fresh fruits and soft drinks are offered in a lush garden. After the cruise, a vehicle will take visitors to the local flower market as well as Wat Chedi Luang (current temple grounds were originally made up of three temples – Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Ho Tham, and Wat Sukmin) and Wat Phra Sing (home of the beautiful Lai Kham chapel with its exquisite woodcarving and northern style murals) before returning to the hotel.
